iWork'09，更美的Office
文書作業是電腦上常使用的工作，OS X上雖然有微軟所推出的Office For Mac 2008，但是由於不具備繁體中文，同時介面和Windows上的Office 2007迥異， 所以一般都會推薦使用iWork'09來取代Offi ce。價格也較Offi ce For Mac家用版便宜一半。

簡報超絢麗：Keynote
要是你曾看過Apple發表產品時的投影片，一定會對呈現出的畫面排版、轉場效果感到驚異，這就是Keynote這款簡報軟體的最大特色。Keynote具備非常好的圖像處理功能，支援圖片去背等特殊效果；並且利用OS X的Core Animation功能讓投影片內的物件和轉場有著非常多變、好看的表現。當然也支援PPT格式的讀取與存檔，不過特效就無法一併轉出了，還是要利用PowerPoint進行調整才會完全相容。

Microsoft Office for Mac 2008
儘管iWork十分好用，Office for Mac 2008仍舊有著不可取代的地位。包括Word、Excel、PowerPoint等文件的相容性較高；商用版本更支援Exchange Server、Sharepoint和Workspace等功能。今年內微軟也會推出Offi ce 趨勢線畫法及app軟體推薦 for Mac 2010，介面會與Windows上的版本更為相近。
