Cannot withdraw my profit on dealing-desk platform EasyMarkets

In middle 2018 I bought an EA plugin, buying long mostly. I earned altogether $69303.26 on EasyMarkets. They denied this and were only willing to pay my principal. EasyMarkets is a dealing-desk platform. I held most of my orders for days, but I earned little. This company is a scam. Be alert.
