Welcome to the Habbo NFT project
In 2021 the team behind the iconic 21 year old game Habbo released two NFT collections on OpenSea: a genesis collection of 11,600 Habbo Avatars for use in-game with a selection of in-game perks, and a profile picture 交易者是否在购买 NFT 逢低买入？ collection named Habbo Portraits.
After airdropping the first ever NFT furni to avatar owners in late 2021, the team is now building out an entire ecosystem of Habbo NFTs 交易者是否在购买 NFT 逢低买入？ on Immutable and has recently released a NFT credits to support it.

Our Team
The Habbo Avatar project is something we planned and executed ourselves, in-house. Members of the Habbo art and developer teams have been involved, as well as staff from Sulake’s community team. We didn’t outsource much of it, 交易者是否在购买 NFT 逢低买入？ and it’s something we see as a long term thing that will grow and eventually contribute to other areas of 交易者是否在购买 NFT 逢低买入？ Habbo, and indeed Hotel Hideaway.
A special mention should go to the project’s mastermind: Muumiopappa. Muumiopappa is a gaming and NFT fanatic based out of Helsinki, Finland. He’s the lead game designer for Habbo’s sister game, Hotel Hideaway, and his background is in data and computer science. He’s 交易者是否在购买 NFT 逢低买入？ also an avid NFT collector, having got his two Bored Apes as they were minted. He also owns a fair amount of other NFTs in various blockchains; including Tezos and Flow. Finally, he is also a huge believer in play to earn mechanics and NFTs in general.
Habbo Avatars has been a really, really fun thing to work on. We’re super excited to see what happens next and where we go next.
Offsetting carbon
The Habbo Avatars project is a collection of NFTs that live on the Ethereum network, which is a Proof-of-Work (PoW) blockchain. PoW blockchains require a significant amount of computing power to validate and secure all transactions on the network, and this is an energy-intensive process. Ethereum is currently working to migrate towards a dramatically less energy intensive Proof-of-Stake (PoS) network, which relies on financial collateral in place of computational mining activity. Once Ethereum has transitioned to PoS, it’s estimated that it’ll be 99.8% more energy efficient.
In the meantime, Sulake is taking full accountability for the emissions on behalf of themselves and its users. Together with Offsetra, we’ve developed a carbon neutrality framework for our upcoming NFT launch. With this partnership, Offsetra will help us quantify and offset any carbon emissions associated with the release of the Habbo Avatars NFT collection. We’ll do this by supporting carbon reduction and mitigation projects across the world through the purchase of quantified carbon offset credits. These certified offset projects range from afforestation initiatives, to renewable energy projects (hydro, solar, wind) and conservation projects.

NFTと金融規制上の法的分類
暗号資産とは、以下の（ i ）ないし（ iii ）の要件をすべて満たすもの（「1号暗号資産」）または、不特定の者との間で、1号暗号資産と相互に交換できるものであって、（ ii ）および（ iii ）の要件を満たすものをいいます（「2号暗号資産」）（資金決済法2条5項）。
（ i ）物品・役務提供の代価の弁済として不特定の者に対して使用でき、かつ不特定の者との間で購入・売却をすることができること
（ iii ）本邦通貨、外国通貨および通貨建資産に該当しないこと
上記要件（ i ）・（ ii ）に関して、ビットコインなどの暗号資産には特定の発行者が存在しない場合があり、発行者等の特定の者に対してのみ使用することを想定しているものではありません。そのため、発行者や加盟店など、特定の者のみに対する使用を想定しているSuica等の電子マネーに代表される前払式支払手段は暗号資産には該当しないものと考えられます（金融庁「事務ガイドライン第三分冊：金融会社関係16 暗号資産交換業者関係」I-1-1②（注）参照））。
また、上記要件（ iii ）に関して、通貨または通貨建資産に該当するものは暗号資産に該当しません。ここで、「通貨建資産」とは、本邦通貨もしくは外国通貨をもって表示され、または本邦通貨もしくは外国通貨をもって債務の履行、払戻しその他これらに準ずるものが行われることとされている資産をいいます（資金決済法2条6項）。

前払式支払手段
前払式支払手段とは、以下の（ i ）ないし（ iii ）の要件をすべて満たすものをいいます（資金決済法3条1項各号）。
また、後述する為替取引（の手段）としてのデジタルトークンと前払式支払手段としてのデジタルトークンについては、前者は金銭による払戻しが可能である一方、後者は原則として金銭による払戻しが禁止されている点で異なります（金融庁2010年2月23日付「資金決済に関する法律の施行に伴う政令案・内閣府令案等に対するパブリックコメントの結果等」20頁66番）。
トレーディングカードやゲーム内アイテムを表章したNFTについては、金額等の財産的価値が記録されており（要件（ i ））、日本円等をあらかじめ支払って購入されるものの（要件（ ii ））、通常は支払手段としての経済的機能が認められないことから、「発行者または発行者の指定する者に対する代価の弁済等に使用することができる」（要件（ iii ））を充足せず、前払式支払手段には該当しないケースが多いと考えられます。
金商法上の有価証券の定義は同法2条1項、2項に定められており、1項では紙である証券が発行されるタイプの有価証券（「一項有価証券」）が列挙され、2項では証券が発行されることもあるものの発行されていない状態の権利や、証券が発行されないタイプの権利（「二項有価証券」）が列挙されています。
